Approved Rental Registration - Step 1 of 4

The Residences at Adobe Hills is a homeowners Association. Certain Units that were purchased before September 29, 2009 may be rented by the Owners. Units purchased after that date may not be rented.

Rental Registration Compensation

Units that are rented are, in fact, businesses operated by the Owners to obtain income. While legitimate, this is not the nature of a homeowner’s association. Due to frequent tenant changes, the registration process is burdensome upon the Association and its Managing Agent. In order to compensate for these expenses, the following charges must be applied.

Note: Until the Tenant Registration Form is completed and returned with payment, no tenant data can be entered into the entry system. Additionally, electronic entry devices (FOBs) may be deactivated.
